Subsumio provides AI-powered legal document management, analysis, and workflow tools. The service is designed as a professional tool to assist legal professionals — it does not constitute legal advice.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to use Subsumio only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable professional conduct rules. You may not use the service to violate any laws or regulations.
You retain all rights to your documents and data. We retain rights to the Subsumio platform, software, and AI models. Our service does not claim ownership of any content you upload.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are in EUR and do not include applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the billing period.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for Professional and Enterprise plans. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced 48 hours in advance. Credits are issued for SLA violations.
Subsumio is provided as a tool to assist legal professionals. We are not liable for legal outcomes based on the use of our platform. AI-generated insights should always be reviewed by qualified professionals.
These Terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Vienna, Austria.
